$362.97 for nothing. They did not fix my washer and actually left it in worse shape than it was. I had to buy a new washer. I would not recommend this company to anybody !

Very unprofessional. Came into the home, assessed the issue with our Dryer, gave a price for a fix, fixed it and then proceeded to try and say that more was wrong with it... it was turned on and worked fine. Just trying to screw anyone they can out of money. Could have done it ourself but couldnt wait for the parts. Would never recommend this company. Should have read the reviews, however, they were subcontracted out.

When I called for service, I informed them that my oven was very old and questioned them about getting parts. They confirmed that they use generic /standard parts and have most parts on hand. The service tech is here all of 5 minutes and says my oven is no longer supported. So, they bill me the $89 service call. I called Whirlpool and while they don't mfg. parts, there are 3rd party companies that do. I have ordered and replaced the part myself. I feel the service rep and the company just didn't want to do the job :-(

Do not use this company. They install products in your home and then when they malfunction they tell you too bad...go to the manfacturer. A company that doesnt stand behind their own work...that tells it all@

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Horrible professionalism, ethics, and integrity. They strung me along for an entire month, telling me they were waiting on LG for an approval to do the warranty work. Turns out that they just didn't want to do the work because they don't get paid as much for warranty work. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the lady chuckled and said, "Yeah, ok", as if to say "Fat chance!" They never responded. If they had just been honest in the first place (like another repair service was), I would have understood. Instead, they just took their fee for the service call & diagnosis (full price), and left me hanging after that. WORST place I have ever dealt with.

I called this company and they said it would be a $58 service call that will be deducted to the bill if the repair is approved. When they came out they estimated my dryer repair at $397.12. I declined and said it would be cheaper to buy a new one. He said I had to pay a $79.00 Trip Fee. I said, no they told me $58 and that was all I was willing to pay. They forced me to pay the $79 which I think isn't worth my time to dispute it. Sending the check today. Worst Company I have ever dealt with! Beware of the bait and switch tactics and overpriced repair estimates.
