“There are two shops in this building they both are just packed full I mean literally packed full of everything you never knew you needed they have amazing items that you will never find anywhere else The experience in itself just walking through the place was just amazing I can't believe all the cool stuff we went in there just to look around but came out with a gifts for the holiday that you will never find anywhere else”

“I would like to take this opportunity to dispute the negative review by Mr. Sonderegger. I attended both days of that auction and I cannot speak about Mr. Patient bringing things that were not theirs, but I CAN speak about the ruined lawns. This was a 2-day auction in L'Anse and the weather was HORRIBLE on the first day - it rained practically the whole day and so there was not much that Butch or Judy to do to remedy that - they don't control the weather. I'm not sure how Butch and Judy do their auction contract, but I have had occasion to use an auctioneer in the past and they intend to sell EVERYTHING - even if they have to bundle things together. If you thought that things were "given" away, you should have put a "reserve" price on it. I have had nothing but good dealings with the whole B.Patient auctions and look forward to attending again.”
