They’ve consistently been good with communication. The environment always seems very clean. The Nurture app is a nice way to be able to check in on your child and stay in touch with staff if needed. We have multiple friends who have had positive experiences here, as well.

Wont tell you when other kids are sick and will continue to allow sick employees to work near children. Im not done here im reporting to the BBB

Called to ask about starting my son who is currently 11 months old. The girl who I spoke with wasn’t very nice and told me because of their waiting list “he wouldn’t be able start until he’s like 2 1/2” I was looking forward to getting more info about this daycare but I’m very disappointed after this phone call.

Gilden Woods has been amazing for my son and our family. I LOVE that I can log in at any time at work and check in on him. They put the information about his day online, so I can login before I pick him up and find out if he's going to be tired (the list his nap times) or hungry (they show what he ate and how much!), and that helps me plan my evening. Sometimes they also put photos on his Applegram, which makes my day! The staff there is wonderful - they have greeted everyone in the family by name from the first day. Our son had a difficult time transitioning, and they were always available to give suggestion or just say that he did great after we left. I cannot say enough about how great this Gilden Woods has been for us!
