Paid $1000 to pick up my car after someone else messed it up. I got there to get the car with the keys stuck in the ignition, clicked into the secondary ACC position and the battery completely dead. No one was there to help me at the shop because it was after hours. If it wasn’t for the employees at the store next door, I would have had been stuck and had to take a 30 minute Uber back home. They called Josh for me and everything, and the shop didn’t offer me anything. Even had me buy the jumper cables to restart the car ? so disappointing and what a headache. Absolutely never going back, but huge shout-out to those people for helping me. You guys were the best!!!

Needed new tie rods on an old vehicle. Car was assessed, fixed, and back in our garage in less than 24hr and at a fair price! Helpful, friendly customer service also.

The mechanic is what you want. I forgot his name. Super fair on parts and labor. You can trust them. He is the Haslett mechanic that you want! I've had two jobs done by them and they get the job done for the best price.

Big Thank You to Josh! Third time back seems to be the charm. He was nothing but professional to me! After taking the car back a second time he felt bad and made it right. He wanted me to come back in a few days and check in...I think he jinxed me because my light came back on again! He took the time that day and went back through everything he had done...could not come up with a solution. I will be back for future service!

Went to 10 shops/ repair shops in East Lansing and Lansing area for my car radio not working issue. Nobody was ready to help or was busy and also had no technician. I was super disappointed as it’s my sons Mazda Miata and he was turning 18 years old. Wanted to gift him the car with the audio NOW working.Then my neighbor told me about the Marathon on Marsh rd. Went there and Caleb asked me to leave the car on Sunday and he will check it up. But as I told him that I need it urgently and explained him it was my sons gift etc. he immediately understood and Josh started working on it followed by Caleb as he knew what was wrong and fixed it in 5 minutes flat. it was like magic.Superb guys and even though the gas station is under renovation the repair shop is OPENTHANK YOU GUYSU R THE BEST.

Amazing auto shop here, I had a power steering issue with my truck and they took care of it. I had used a different shop in the area and had to take it back twice and it still want fixed. I will definitely be back for any vehicle needs in the future.
