They keep in contact about any issues they find and always check with the customer before proceeding with work. Their estimates are usually met or come in under the quoted price. Customers report getting good prices on services like tires and repairs, and they provide outstanding customer service. Many have been going there for years with no issues and are happy with everything, highly recommending the garage and stating they will never go elsewhere.
The mechanics were all very informative and knowledgeable. They listened to the problems I was having to make sure they understood the reason for my visit. This is the best auto repair place I have ever been to. I heard many great reports about Brian's and now I see why!
