  My stylist ( who I don’t feel comfortable naming because she was understanding and kind about the situation) accidentally cut a large chunk of extremely short hair to my crown. She offered to fix it or a refund, and I took the refund since there’s no way to really fix chopped off hair that short unless I wanted to even it to the other side. The manager Dawn, had a terrible attitude. She rolled her eyes as the stylist asked her to process a refund, and as I showed her what happened just so she knew what to work on moving forward she replied, “ actually I don’t care”. Sad considering the other stylists seem kind, but would not recommend her whatsoever. If you encounter an issue be prepared to be met with immaturity and unprofessionalism.

  I can honestly say im not happy! Im not angry but more disappointed! My stylist said she had 13 years of experience and i showed her 4 examples of hair cuts ive gotten several times ( all pixie cuts all very similar) and she went completely off the beaten path. I will most likely be paying more money for my stylist back in pennsylvania to be fixing it but i was assured she was a good stylist! The only bonus side is hair grows back.
