Goodwill is a nice place with a small town flair. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Many customers enjoy shopping there and will shop again, having found real gems and stuff. However, some note that prices have gone up and many items are overpriced, even for donated goods. The men's section is known to be small. While prices are decent compared to some locations, not all stores participate in the rewards program.

I’ve gone to this Goodwill for years and years and have loved thrifting here but lately the pricing has increased greatly. I know everything in general is expensive but come on Goodwill, it’s getting a little ridiculous. Definitely the most pricey Goodwill I’ve been to in West Michigan.
