I worked there with my wife for a couple seasons. I'll start by saying their prices and selection is impressive. They keep the store well stocked and punctual. If you are lucky they even have samples. It was also a great way to further meet my community.
For people looking to work here: just don't. The management is very two-faced and made lasting accusations. On the day my wife was fired they called the police and escorted her off the property. We have talked to both officers after the situation and to their understanding we did not do anything wrong they were just doing their job. We talked with other associates and the managers accused us of stealing lottery tickets. This is a felony and we have children so it is not a crime we are in a position to commit. With that said the lasting consequences is our sullied reputation.
In conclusion shop there and you will definitely have a great start to your night but don't work there. It's messy and not worth the lasting damage.

a cashier forgot to put a breeze that i bought in our bag and when we came back to retrieve it he was nothing but rude to us claiming he put it in the bag saying we can pull up the camera footage and you will see me putting it on there when as soon as we walked out the door another guy comes running out saying it was just sitting on the counter. we never got an apology for his rude behavior and was treated rudely for no reason worst customer service ive ever had there

Megabus is a good place to shop if you're looking for a wide variety of alcohols choices and other drinks that are not an alcoholic they even have a special room for the aged alcohol and they sell cigars. Minimal options for snack but they do sell drink associated cups and souvenirs. Very popular place for those to stop that are kayaking or canoeing down the river.

Definitely 5 stars for there selection of beer, wine and liquor alone. Plus if you buy two 6 packs or two 12 packs you get a discount. Plus you can make you own six packs of mix and match. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for everyone's adult beverages. You be the judge and stop by.

Mega-Bev has a great selection of beer, wine, bourbon, vodka, rum and liquor in general. They have multiple stores, I have not been to all of them. But from what I hear, they're all pretty good. They do have special store pick bottles from time to time which is always fun. I feel like the staff at the West Main and Hastings locations are both friendly and knowledgeable. On their Facebook page they're always posting delicious looking food at their Grand Rapids location deli that I'd like to try sometime. They do carry all of your basic "party needs" such as cups, shot glasses and ice to name a few things. If you're looking for a special bottle, go check them out and you might be lucky enough to find it.
