I bought a 2012 jeep cherkee from my son. He would let my grand dog ride in it. Needless to say there was sooo much short white dog hair inside. The seats and carpet even into the back storage area was covered. The vacuum did not do any good as I tried to vacuum this up. We brought the Jeep into Rick to see if he would be interested in this task he said he could get at least 98% of the hair. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he had pretty much gotten every little piece of hair maybe 99.9% of it. He takes pride in his work and is such a nice man. I highly recommend him. I just wish I would have taken before and after pictures but it is beautiful! We dropped it off at 8 in the morning and were able to pick it back up at 3 in the afternoon. They had my truck all day and I got a car wash and vacuum service for 250 bucks! The air vents, cup holders door pockets are still dirty. I was told he shampoos and waxes. I didn't get the service I was supposed to. When calling to see how we can get this resolved continuously hung up on.Beware.

Rick has always done a good job for me. I have used his service for years and have always been happy. I brought him a Envoy once that had 240,000 miles on it. He had to dye the carpet a little darker but I was amazed at how good it looked when he was done. Well worth the cost!

I spilled FIVE GALLONS of milk in the trunk of my car and it leaked into the back seats of my car. I called a couple different places hoping to get in that day and no one called me back. Rick answered the phone immediately and scheduled me at 8am the next day. He did an excellent job! My car has never looked better, there is no rotten milk smell, and he was so nice. Wonderful customer service. He says he has been doing this for 50+ years. Prices were very fair as well! I couldn't recommend Rick more!

DO NOT GO HERE. Im deployed over seas and a family member dropped my car off to get "the works". When they picked it up he told them it must have had tree sap on it and there was nothing he could do but still want $140 to basically vacuum the car out. I've had another family member with another bad experience. He may have been able to give good service at one point but now its just about doing less and making the same amount. Wasted $140 and my car looks exactly the same as it did before detailing.
