Amazing. I had a package that I didn’t have the packing slip for. The woman offered to take to the the shipping place since she lived near one. She went above and beyond and I will keep going here. ?

Emplyees at this location are unfriendly. Gave them a second chance after the first time thinking it was a fluke. There are other options available in similar proximity & for that im grateful.

Called them twice to see if anyone could notarize a document. No one answered the phone. Learned that the Coleman Agency will provide this service. Amanda, from the Coleman Agency, was very helpful by notarizing the document and explaining the other services they provide.

My brother passed away and left me his guitar, this is how they shipped it to Florida. No Styrofoam or bubble wrap, just a box , for $150.00, it's damaged

I was shipping a return to Amazon but didn’t know they wouldn’t take the code Amazon sent me for free shipping. Not a criticism just would have liked to know before I drove out there. Maybe put that on the website.

I needed to ship second day priority FedEx. Was told by the owner she would have to charge me over $200 to ship to Hawaii. (Hawaii is a state it is not an international country lol). Upset about the whole thing, I went home created a FedEx account on my own voila it cost $42 to ship to Hawaii. I took my shipping label and items to ship back to them. I made sure she knew I only paid $42. She didn't care, she just rolled her eyes took the envelope and said You're all set goodbye. I don't recommend them for anything more than a drop off place, they'll just steal your money and be rude. I really truly don't understand how they stay in business.

After dropping a package off I remembered that I forgot to pack a piece, so I called twice 40 minutes prior to their closing time- no answer. I drive there 20 minutes before closing and they've closed up.

I will never do any business with them again! They stoled money from me. I would never pay them to do anything important for me. I am a full time resident of Hastings. I am currently in Florida. I had a package delivered to my billing address rather than my shipping address here in Florida. I had to arrange to have the package shipped here. I paid for 2 day FED EX Express. It still has not arrived 3 days later. It isn't going to to be delivered for another 2 days at least. Had I used the USPS priority it would have arrived by today and cost $50 dollars less.

Looks like a nice full service FedEx and UPS shipping service. They accepted my Amazon postage-paid return with no questions.

Very poor business. 2 of the last 6 times I've been to Sunshine Pack & Ship I've had to walk out not being able to pack or ship anything because of issues on their end. Today I find out that they can't ship UPS because of a computer glitch, and "Don't know if it will be today or next year" when they'll be able to ship UPS again. They seemed quite unconcerned that a fundamental 'shipping' portion of a pack and ship business was missing. Staff is unpleasant and not helpful--almost seem glad when they can't help so that you'll go away. Will not be back to SP&S and will go to 'real' shipping places from now on.

Walked in with my papers and a fed ex label. A kind lady grabs them before I'm even to the counter and says your all set. Didn't need to pay for an envelope or anything. Top notch
