Good variety of OTC healthcare and personal items, helpful staff in pharmacy and on the floor, but I will say that in the past I, too, was unimpressed with the acting manager in the afternoon hours. Have not seen him since so maybe it's no longer an issue.

There was a nice employee Aiden who helped me with printing photos and steered me towards the best deal. He was so kind and respectful, definitely helped me out. It was nice to deal with a employee who took their job seriously and made an effort to help the customers!

I'm not sure if the pharmacy is just chronically understaffed or the staff are
just lazy, but picking up medications here is not a speedy process, doesn't matter if drive thru or inside. The staff are usually polite though.

Only shop here if you like paying extra on essentials, wait in long lines and not be treated like you matter. Waited in line for almost 15 minutes at RX with NO ONE in front of me. Was only acknowledged once. Was going to buy some deodorant since I was there until I saw the price and 5 people in line with 1 cashier.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for many years and have gotten accustomed to slower fills and confusion over prescriptions but when I actually needed something for pain after surgery they were so slow to fill and made us go back and forth with surgeon. I’m finally over it.

Typically, I dont have any issues when I go here. Today on the other hand was a bit difficult. Every month I stop in to make a payment for something that would cost 10x's the amount in gas than to pay the small fee to do it here. A new girl behind the counter had never seen or done one of these transactions before. So I politely requested that she get a manager. With this type of payment, being that it was a substantial amount plus the place where it was going, if by chance it was done wrong coukd have quite a bit or consequences. A solid reason to ask that she get help. Instead, she ignores me and tries to do everything over walkie talkie. Not how I would have liked to see things done. In the end, she had to have a manager come anyways. She had started sending the money elsewhere like I had feared. A cold look and a rude, "im a new manager " remark is how it ended. Cool, I'm happy for you. I didn't think I was wrong asking for someone with a little more know how to do this expensive transaction. Asking for assistance isn't a bad thing. The hell that it could have created gad it gone elsewhere.

The last 3 times I had doctors call in prescriptions for me they haven’t been available until the following day. In one instance I had just been discharged from having open heart surgery. I missed two doses of my new heart meds before they were available. Unacceptable! I won’t go back. They are not the only option in town.

We get our prescriptions there and other medications, nice store , tuff location to get in and out during certain times. No fault of the stores .
