Anyone who uses cvs pharmacy at 33 w 9 mile rd I recently went to this pharmacy on 9 mile and John r and was treated horribly they knew my prescription was on back order and had me have my dr send over my prescription 3 times before they refused to fill it and neglected to tell me they didn't even have my medication and it's been on back order for months if I had known this information I wouldn't have had it sent to them 3 times now I'm on day five without my medication and no idea when I'm going to be able to get another prescription written and sent to a whole new pharmacy the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional they hung up on me 4 times I'm pulling all of mine and my children's prescriptions from this pharmacy and going to a new pharmacy I'm very upset and disgusted with the way I was treated by the staff they're very rude and disrespectful I would recommend that anyone who has prescriptions at this pharmacy to stop using this pharmacy they deserve to be shut down this place is a joke and I suggest they be put out of business I'll never use cvs pharmacy ever again

WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.\\nThe pharmacists their are rude and slow they sit their and talk all day. I waited 30 minutes in the line. They messed up my prescriptions. I paid more than what I was supposed. They didn’t even get my phone number right. Worst customer service. My wife and I had more than 1 incident here. One of the girls Navila had the worst attitude. I’m okay driving a couple miles down the road to a different pharmacy.

This has to be the worst CVS ever created! Always a long line, SLOW employees. Their attitudes are appalling. The pharmacy is the worst thing about this CVS! Rude.. don't really give a shit attitude. You would think CVS big shots would have fixed these problems. But I guess as long as they are making money that is all that matters. Run don't walk away from this madness!

The pharmacists here that I have interacted with have all been rude. When prescriptions get sent here they will take days to be filled. This is the worst cvs I have ever been to.

Really bitter crybaby employees, give your money to another business.After getting through their terrible call system the employee picked up the phone and set it down so it would stop ringing, I sat there for 4 minutes before they hung up on me, they also refused my insurance despite my insurance having them listed as an in network pharmacy.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy, or any pharmacy I have ever had to deal with.. script order sent and status was on hold. Called four consecutive business days in a row to be told they were out of my med, only in the fourth call to be told, oh no, we have it in stock, but your insurance requires a referral, we'll get that started, should only take a day or two.. went up there today prepared to just pay cash already and lo and behold... out of stock... never been so disappointed with a pharmacy before. Like, if anything is wrong just tell them it's out of stock? Am I supposed to just keep calling every day? You can't tell me when it's supposed to be there??? Utterly useless. Asking doc to change to someplace else.. at this point my follow up doc appt will be BEFORE I even get to fill the script....

I was literally on hold with them for over twenty minutes. I wanted to call to see if my Rx was ready before bothering to drive there. But it took so long I drove there while waiting on hold and was STILL on hold by the time I reached the counter. Not one employee was on the phone. Only one customer was waiting. When I expressed my frustration not only did I not receive an explanation--I was irritatingly brushed off. And my refill was still not ready. I get things get backed up and busy. Truly an apology and an explanation would have been enough. Between this and a good handful of horrendous experiences with this location, I think it's time to switch. At this point I'd feel more comfortable getting my meds from the back of a van...
