So I stopped here to buy 2-2inch bulbs And 2-2 inch grommets I almost fell off the stool when they told me $58 and some change. They weren’t even LED this Place is crazy. Drove a Mile and a half down the road spent $18 and some change.

I run parts for a diesel company. A lot of places I go treat me like a grade A idiot (I assume because I'm female..could be wrong) however, I visit Fleet Pride several times a week, sometimes per day. Everyone here is professional, kind, and beyond helpful - especially Tevin. A true gentleman & rarely lets me carry parts to my vehicle. I can count on them to supply what I need, or get it for me in a timely fashion or honesty let me know where I can go to find it.

This location is the worst. Wixom, Westland and Lincoln park are amazing compared to this one. Guys working the counter couldn’t careless if you come in. They lie about stock. They have told me multiple time they have no stock so I go to the other locations to find out that they had stock. My company has an account with them but I started going to commpar cause this location is horrible. They need new workers.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They close at 5:00pm and i called at 4:45 needing a bunch of parts for my customer dump truck and they put me on hold and kept letting it ring though and putting me back on hold until it was 5:00 when they closed. Do not give them your money. Call any other business. I hope a manager sees this and pulls up call log from 8/18. Lazy employees answering phones

The staff is slower than molasses and the company rarely has the parts for the region. Ever since, Fleetpride bought Southwest Brake, it's been a horrible place to rely on for parts. They lie to you about stock. They hold on to parts for the bigger companies like Univeral because they spend more than a guy like me. Royal is just as slow but you can rely on them to be honest and do what it takes to get you what you need without bending you over the counter
