Game Reaction is a video game store that specializes in both new and used games, gaming consoles, and electronics repair. Many customers praise the excellent customer service and warm welcome they receive. The store offers a good selection of games, especially for retro gaming enthusiasts, and has been noted for its competitive prices. Some customers have experienced quick turnarounds for repairs, such as a broken PS5 and Oculus controllers, showcasing the store's commitment to service.
However, there are mixed feelings about the store's selection and pricing. Some customers feel that the inventory could be better, especially compared to other nearby stores offering a wider range of retro games and lower prices. There have been reports of dissatisfaction regarding the sale of refurbished controllers sold as new products, highlighting a need for better transparency. Despite these concerns, Game Reaction remains a popular destination for gamers looking for a reliable source for games and repairs, with many willing to recommend it for its customer service and selection.
A great local game store that provides another option rather than the big chains.
