I come here all the time, usually I have no problems. But tonight, around 8 I went to wash my kids covers and work clothes with their school clothes. A little before 9 I put my load in the dryer got change from the lady there. I went home which is literally up the street from the laundry mat to feed my kids dinner RIGHT QUICK. I set an alarm on my phone to be back there by 9:20pm bc I knew the place closes at 9:30pm. When I got back up there @9:20pm the lady was gone the door was locked and I couldn’t get my clothes. This is so frustrating because I do have work in the am which my work clothes are in there. My kids uniform was in there and their blankets to go to bed with was also in there. I just think it was rude for her to leave her shift so early knowing someone’s clothes was in there. Not only do I have to call off but my kids will be late for school and we had nothing to sleep with tonight. I will be making a report to management hopefully it’s taken care of .

I wash here every two weeks always clean no long wait and the staff here are polite and helpful

Staff members (short white lady with gray hair) are rude and annoying they follow you around and try to tell you what you can and can’t do with your clothes and your money don’t come here.

First time washing , the large machine has MOLD where you put the detergent. Clean, varies size machine.

Large laundromat. Nice selection of high capacity washers. Reasonable prices. $7.50 for the largest front load washer. It's always clean. The attendant is helpful.

Whoever this gray haired, older lady is that’s working right now needa to be fired ASAP. I am NEW to the area & usually go to Skylar, this machine stole $5 of my money, woman refused to believe it, I asked for the owners name, she refused. I’m assuming this is the woman everyone else is complaining about? STAY AWAY. I can’t believe I just had to call the police over $5

They just stole my money. I put in money in the machine- $6.50 the machine just started automatically and I didn’t even get a chance to put clothes in, I asked the lady if she could stop the machine and she said no, so I just lost $6.50 for no service received.
It’s a scam. Avoid it at all costs.

They didn't believe me when i told them that their machine ate my money, then when i proved it to then it took over 10mins to give me it back. Later when i started doing my laundry one of the workers told me i had to "cover up" even though it was only a crop top, so they made me do my laundry in my winter coat. Wouldn't recommend it here.

we did go here all the time but when the machine breaks they dont refund you it happened to us twice and they basically told us they dont care terrible!
