Rude! Called to get my truck towed. I answered all the questions asked. One particular question was where is the truck going, I replied Holbrooks auto repair shop. He says “what are you going down there for, I said the auto repair shop. He then says “oh Holbrooks, I replied “yes”. I then asked what time they would be available to pick up the truck. He says “I’m not wanting to go to Holbrooks, I’m not available” and proceeds to hang up on me. I would not recommend. Very unprofessional and just RUDE

I wish I could have the same treatment everyone else had on here was so happy for them to come and look out for them in their vehicle. I had them come out and give me a jump. He left less than 5 minutes. My car went right back out. Call back again. Tried to see could he come back out within 5 minutes after what happened. Didn't get no respond back and respond back. I got 15 minutes later. Oh I have another toe situation I have to take care of. I won't be calling them back ever again so we'll be good. No good reviews for me. Just saying carry on

I called 8 places before James, all giving me difficult answers. He heard me out, and got me out of a really tight spot in 40 minutes. Was slightly pricey but if you're looking for the fastest tow around, I haven't found one more efficient, and worth the money.

If you need a tow give them a call FIRST! They are super nice, genuine, and helpful people. They came super fast and worked with me. They went above and beyond to help me, and have the greatest customer service I ever seen for ANY TOW COMPANY IN MICHIGAN! They are not rude and the goal is to help you.

Chris and Jimmy saw me on 8 Mile and towed me to the Eastside on French Rd for $100. Car was safe and price was far and affordable. I appreciate the Love.

Eugene, the private contractor was kind, helpful, and towed my car from 75 to Midas. Eugene can only be paid with cash, and I only had a card, which Jimmy originally said I could pay with. I had Jimmy meet us at Midas so I could pay with card. He came late and walked out with an ankle monitor, avoided eye contact, and was deterring my clear questions about how Eugene was going to be paid. I paid Jimmy through apple cash. Jimmy said he was going to go to the bank to get cash out for Eugene, so my car could be released from the tow truck. Jimmy then disappeared, would not answer any of my messages, and was gone for over 20 minutes. Eugene and I continued to call him. When Jimmy answered my third call, I told him he had thirty minutes to come back and pay Eugene, or I was going to call the police. Jimmy came back 20 minutes later and had this long story about how he had identity theft and wasn’t able to get any money to pay Eugene. This is the third time he has scammed Eugene. I am horrified by the service of Jimmy and how he is blatantly stealing from his employee. I am still considering getting legal involved for Jimmy’s shady and criminal activity.
