I FINALLY transferred my prescriptions from the CVS across the street that sucks so bad- (they get negative stars) and sure wish Id done it sooner.
Its been such a pleasant experience at the kroger pharmacy- they are helpful, kind, friendly patient and the pharmacy area is CLEAN and quiet.
I really am so happy happy happy with my new pharmacy.

Tried to call to see if my prescriptions were in took awhile to get a person then when i finally did they didn't say anything not kroger pharmacy hi may i help you nothing just silence which continued for a couple minutes then without saying anything i was put on hold then disconnected i just wanted a yes or no but got nothing that just seems like poor customer service to me but as a regular customer to this location i don't know why i would expect the pharmacy to be any different from the poorly run store its in smh

This is a decent Kroger. I go to this one solely because it has organic produce (the others in my area just have conventional, even Royal Oak), and the layout here is pretty standard compared to other locations. No complaints.

Kroger Pharmacy. A pleasure to deal with. Recently used a CVS to get a RX because it was closer. Very bad decision. They received it did not fill it. Had doctor send to Kroger Hazel Park. It was ready in an hour. Elizabeth the Pharmacy Manager is wonderful. Does her best to work things out. Nearly painless vaccinations. My go to moving forward. (No more CVS).

Who are these people coming all the way from California and Texas to trash this Krogers in Hazel Park, Michigan? It's a pretty clean place. And most of the employees I come in contact with are friendly and helpful. If I have a complaint, it's that the service desk is too frequently deserted. Also, I like to run an alcohol wipe over the shopping cart before I start shopping, and sometimes the dispenser is empty. But most of the 1-star reviews I'm seeing don't seem to be describing the store I shop at regularly.

I haven't shopped at Kroger in years, but Saturday, April Fools day, I made out a delivery order. My bill came to 69.20 including taxes and delivery fee. Sunday when I checked my banking account online, I found two Kroger charges, each for $82.67. This is both an over charge and double over charge. I'm working with my bank and trying to work with Kroger to get the issue resolved. This is one grocery customer who will NOT be shopping at Kroger ever again.

Has typical grocery store stuff really poor customer service is what stands out,the thing that always gets me is they lock the doors 15 minutes early,good luck getting anything last minute why would it say 10PM on the door if it's really 9:45

Two cashiers. Three out of 24 self-checkouts open. A couple of years ago, this was a very good store. This past year has seen a huge decline - and that is across all Kroger stores.

It's booster time as the cases go up and we are all relegated back inside again. Have a 2:30 appointment and my husband is after me. They have a drive-thru pharmacy here. Elizabeth administered our shots. It's quick and easy. They have no food flamin hot snacks, only pop popcorn and ruffles. Craving some cheese puffs and Cheetos.
