I was there with my wife and brother-in-law and David greeted us as we entered and started helping right away. He wasn’t pushy, but gave us options. Went there for a suit for me, and a dress shirt for my brother-in-law. Ended up walking out with a tux for him, and a suit for me. As a bride-to-be, it was such a relief knowing Amber had the guys’ side completely handled. She made the entire ordering process simple and stress-free, and when it came time to design my husband’s custom tux, she turned it into such a fun experience for both of us. You can tell she really knows her stuff—her expertise and confidence show that she’s been doing this for a long time.
She also kept us in the loop throughout the process, updating us on the wedding party’s orders and showing us how to view all the bookings online, which made everything so easy to track. “The Carhartt clothing store is always great. With many options in house for purchase. But, what makes this place so special is the Carhartt WorkShop on the second floor. Literally a library of almost any tool you might need for any project, be it lawn, home, or even repairing your vehicle. The tools are actually free to borrow, just like going to the library. Be sure to bring those tools back on time folks because they are very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable, but they are also very serious about getting their tools back and will prosecute in a heartbeat. If you're not a nefarious individual and handy with tools, this is the ultimate man caver's dream shop!!!”

“I just got done shopping at the Oakland Mall Hot Topic and had the best experience provided by Ericka!
I had to try on clothes 3 times because of my body figure, the clothes I asked for were all up high so the attendent working the floor, Ericka had to use the hook the whole time she was helping me. I felt nervous having to ask her so repetitively, but she put my mind at ease about my bothersome requests by stating that this is her job and she loves working it. She certainly did her part today as she was so personable and efficient.
As I was done shopping, Ben provided my checkout. He was very nice and clear about the deals and how my money was being spent. He even provided me with the information I needed to leave this review which in turn, I hope helps them!

“My husband and son needed to rent tuxedos for a wedding we had in Michigan. I called the tuxedo shop and spoke with Jeff who went above and beyond, spending great time in helping me with their tuxedos selections and how to get their measurements. We flew in the day before the wedding and Jeff was incredibly accommodating in getting their tuxes to fit perfectly, then steaming/pressing them before they left with their suits. My husband and son looked spectacular and the rented suits were of great quality. Additionally, I was concerned that we were flying home on Sunday when the shop was closed, but Jeff was incredibly kind enough to pick them up from our hotel right on Monday. THANK YOU, JEFF!”

“Today I visited the old navy store with my son, to pick up a few uniforms for school. The person that helped me was so kind, she helped me find pants to shirts for him.While in the store he asked her if a mario brothers bookbag was free and she kindly replied no it's $13. He looked at that bookbag and I knew he wanted it but I couldn't buy it today. To my surprise, when I checked out the cashier stated, I have something for you at the end of the counter. The lady that helped me had purchased to bookbag for him. I almost started crying in the store.
Thank you for the kindness you showed my little one, we will never forget what you did today. Old Navy you now have a regular costumer. I will return back to buy that sweet lady lunch!!
