The employees are soooo rude. Omg they getting paid to be rude to the customers . The service is so bad. The wya they talk is soooo bad. They’re the rudest. Never going back to that post office ever.

I went in for a package pickup before work, and from the start Kimberly Jones' attitude was poor and worth negative stars if possible. She has terrible customer service skills and continually cut me off while speaking. In the midst of asking her a question about my package and her day in general. While I was trying to pay, she went ahead and quickly took my survey for me. Which I found outrageous and deceptive. When I got upset a question her about it, she told me it was to quickly get me out of the store.
This isn't the first time I've received bad customer service at this location. But this beats the cake. It compelled me to find another post office entirely and even leave a review. There needs to be a big switch up at that location.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Honestly just wasted my time. Lady that was working there was busy having a conversation with someone else and when it was my turn she gave me an attitude.
She told me “and what can I help you with” while giving me a dirty look.
I simply came to ask if the correct address is on file and she said “we don’t have a system where we can check that” with an attitude. Makes no sense. Rude staff with no respect for others.

Had an appointment scheduled for my passport , show up and the lady working there just sat there gaslighting me about my appointment. I have the document to confirm the location and appointment in which she didn’t even bother looking at . Then tried to tell me I SHOULD have got a cancellation email which I never received. I hope they get some more competent workers there because that was a beyond dissapointing experience. Never had these issues with FedEx.

Waited forever to get a passport photo done while the lady behind the counter just chatted it up with the person ahead of us about how they hated cannabis use. Had nothing to do with the mail nor was she assisting the person. Just standing around talking.
Please stay on task with your job as a postal worker.

Best post office ever! I drive from Detroit just to go to this location. The ladies that work behind the counter are amazing especially Patrice or Jade. There’s never a long wait I get in and out rather quickly and I have never had a problem here with any of packages— best post office around.

This office is full and rude, uncaring women. They don't respect Hold Mail requests, don't process requests in a timely manner, and when you ask why something was done that wasn't supposed to, they act absent minded. I regret ever having to use this post office. Several of my packages were delivered to my previous address knowing I submitted a hold mail and change of address. You will have to contact outside postal help because friends don't discipline friends.

I sell items on eBay and I dropped off 3 packages on Halloween to be delivered. Only 2 of the 3 items got scanned in. A week goes by and nothing. Either an employee stole my package or they lost it before they could scan it in? Either was I’m out $60, not to mention post office employees here are RUDE AF.

Great location except the supervisor . Smart mouth . Don’t care about anything won’t help you with anything ! It’s the lightskin female superior with the mustache. Stay clear away from her !
