Terrible business gave me a piece of junk i've had the engine light on since i've gotten the car. Been stranded 3 times. They overpriced this car they sold me i've spent countless times going up there and countless back and forth they lie scam and aren't trustworthy people! I won't recommend them to anyone nor will i buy another car from them. Con men overall. I'll spare the headaches and runaround of dealing with these people. Because i still owe a small balance. Thoughts of taking them to small claims court. Will update soon my experience after I have paid my balance left. What a shame they do this to hard working people. Disgusting these people were towards me!!!

I had an excellent experience with this car dealer! They sold me a great car that runs perfectly, and their customer service has been outstanding. They take excellent care of my car whenever I bring it in, making the whole process stress-free. Plus, they provided a free Carfax report, which gave me extra confidence in my purchase. I highly recommend buying a car from them—you won’t be disappointed!

So happy to have found V.I.P Motor Sales! It’s so hard finding trustworthy dealerships that won’t lead you into false information just for your money! I worked with a salesman named Tommy. He made me feel like family. I bought an Equinox from this dealership and it runs like brand new any problems or concerns I had about the vehicle (new oil change, fresh breaks, new headlights etc) was handled. It made my experience so much more easier. He made sure I had options just before choosing the truck that I wanted. My ride has been so far so good. Tommy even calls to check up on the maintenance of the car to make sure I’m updated on oil changes. I love this place, I tell all my family and friends to check this place out. Good customer service. Tommy was amazing helping me and my father finding me a perfect vehicle. Great service and was very honest with me. Made the process very fast & easy. Whatever needed to be done to vehicle took care of me with no problem. Tommy make sure he putting a smile on your face, keep you laughing, make you feel like family & not just someone trying sell you a vehicle. Tommy is more than willing to work with me when I had trouble making payments a couple times. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I have been to many car dealerships and have made purchases but never have I come across one like VIP MOTOR SALES! The most honest and trustworthy people. Tom is so kind and helpful and just bent over backwards to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I absolutely love my van. I couldn't get over how immaculately clean it was. I 1000% recommend VIP MOTOR sales. The next car I buy will be from them.
