After picking up my car from another mechanic, I needed an urgent wheel alignment and had work in 2 hours. I walked into Western and Eddie had me hoisted within 20 minutes and out the door in another 20. He did such an incredible job and he even had the courtesy to double check the work done by the other mechanic. He pointed out that I needed a new power steering line. (The other mechanic did not mention it at all). I will definitely be back for that repair. Thank you so much Eddie, you made my stress melt away.Service: Wheel alignment

Arrived after driving through the beginning of the rain storm, to be told it's raining and to wait a moment. Then 10 mins into waiting I received a call saying "they couldn't complete the because they didn't possess the proper equipment" not even so much as a recommendation just hung up the phone ??♂️ I'll stick to belle tire ??♂️

Fist time coming here for my friends car. She just moved here and was recommended to go here, I also do. They were so nice and quick to let us know what exactly is wrong and quick to fix it. Compared to prices with other places we looked at, this place is very good.

My experience was terrible. After my car broke down in April, I took it to Western Auto. It took them 13 days to fix the timing chain and fuel module. It cost $2,500 dollars. Two days after they did the repairs, I could not drive up inclines, on freeway or even on low level ground without having stalling problems. Prior to breaking down, the car didn't stall out. In the morning, I have to start it 2 to 4 times. I have taken it back numerous times, and Fred the owner mechanic will not fix it. He claims he can't do anymore to fix it. Over the past 8 months, he has made $7,000 on the car repairs and it should be running like a charm. I don't recommend Western Auto to anyone.

I took my vehicle to this establishment for a diagnostic check. Unfortunately, the information I was given regarding It's status turned out to be incorrect and I had to take it to another repair facility who diagnosed the problem and repair it. Normally I don't post negative reviews for poor service, however if this will keep someone from paying for misinformation and possibly poor quality work, it's Worth the time. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE!!!Update: On one point I will agree with this individual, my vehicle should only be serviced by individuals such as the ones I eventually had to take it to!

This auto shop was great! My car wasn’t working for 2 years and I finally got it in to get it fixed. Super friendly and honest. Other auto shops I called said my car would be too big of a project. Yet this one took it in without hesitation and told me and showed me everything going on, kept me informed the whole time! Also he even ordered me a side view mirror to fix in the near future. I highly recommend it’s the car shop I will always use from now on!
