This place is absolutely amazing!! I had a long terrible road of car shopping with big car dealerships. And let me tell you. Eric at hemlock did above and beyond anything I could have asked for. This dealership is by far the best for great service. He’s honest. Straight forward. Never was pushy, and was very easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend to everyone! And I got the car I’d been waiting for! Absolutely love it!! Thanks for the incredible service at hemlock auto sales !

This guy likes to tell you that stuff is save to put your kids in and it has parts that are bad and not safe I wouldn’t go back to this place he is just another rpm auto sale then says that’s on you not me ??? I don’t know how this shady dealer has and 4.2 star

Hemlock Auto Sales are a great bunch of sales personnel. They definitely work with you and they don't "sell" you a vehicle, they listen to what you're looking for and what you want to pay.I did have the opportunity to work with Steve, he was awesome. I enjoyed working with him, he truly wanted to make the customer happy and go through the purchasing process fast and easy. I've been looking for a wrangler for 3 months, and Steve definitely didn't push the sale, he let me make the decision. He was completely up front with me, (almost. The vehicle has been a mess, I've been fixing everything you can think of since a month after I got it. Definitely not worth what I paid for it.) was as committed as I was, successfully making a purchase through them.After having the pleasure of meeting and having small conversations with team, I can truly say that I recommend working with them, if you want good customer service. The hour drive to you all was completely worth it!Thank you all for allowing me to get back into a Wrangler again!

I cannot say enough kind things about Eric from Hemlock Auto Sales. My daughter purchased a vehicle from him last month and we recently discovered an issue that hadn't presented itself previously and wasn't covered under their warranty. I left a message which was promptly returned and was told to bring it over and he would see what they could do. Not only did they fix it, he filled the tank with gas, fixed a broken bracket and refused to accept any payment. We will definitely be repeat customers and will provide referrals. THANK YOU!! Your service couldn't have been better!

I had recently purchased a Jeep from Hemlock Auto Sales. I have to say the customer service is amazing! The day I purchased it I had arrived very close to their closing time. They had stayed past closing time just so I could fill out the paperwork to be able to bring it home that day. Before I brought my car home Eric also met us at the gas station and filled my tank for me. It was sold to me without a spare key. The place they had gotten it from recently found the spare and they called us right away and let us know that they had it if we wanted it. I can’t say thank you enough for being so generous and kind. I will definitely come back in the future and will let anyone looking for a car know that this is an amazing place to go!
