They charged me the wrong copay. My pharmacy needed the Rx faxed or called in. When I called them to fax or call it in, they told me to use a different pharmacy.

I took my daughter in yesterday with thoughts she had pneumonia, she has a background of pneumonia and had it two times in two months. Dr Smalls was very rude and stated that it was just a cold, when I asked for a chest Xray just to be sure he said “no she doesn’t need one”! a very rude tone. My daughter is 16 months old and was in the ICU 4 hours after leaving Med Express. All because Dr Smalls, ego was too big to double check a baby was safe. If she would have gotten prescribed a steroid and an antibiotic then , I am sure she wouldn’t be in the PICU now.

I totally get everyone's complaints about this place New PA..Went in on Monday I refused a covid test so lucky she even give me coughing pills cause I have allergies from Aug-oct every year.I could hardly move by Friday, jumped into my car Friday headed to another Urgent care place out of Saginaw Cty. There I was told everyone that has taken Covid text came up negative and was given a shot and 2 Rx... I feel almost back to normal in 12 hrs.. amazing..said this FLU WAS GOING AROUND Gratiot. Isabella, and Saginaw counties..I will not be back to the medexpress in Hemlock new PA truelly is ridiculous compared to Belongia who listened to what was wrong & looked back on your personal records should not even be in Practice waste of your $$

Extremely disappointed! My husband and I brought our 2 yr. Old son in to be seen for possible pink eye. We were masked of course, our 2 year old son was not. Got him checked in was called back to desk went through insurance and reasons for the visit. This was face to face. Was sent back to waiting room. After 2 hrs of waiting in the lobby a woman walked out from the back holding a mask saying our 2 yr old needs to be masked. I said ok what if I can't get him to keep it on she said then you need to wait in your vehicle. I said ok I carried him out and continued waiting. My husband went to the desk and doubled checked to make sure they would even allow in in exam room without a mask. They said no it's covenants policy he must wear a mask. The woman continued to say this and that they are understaffed. If this is covenants policy than this should have been addressed right at check in not 2 hrs later. They seen him through the entire check in process even stated his eye looked red. Maybe mask policy's have changed recently but last I knew 2 yr Olds were not required to wear them. If he would willing wear one absolutely he would of had it on. It's heartbreaking this place denied seeing a 2 yr old over a mask.

DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. You will spend the whole day waiting to get in. SLOWEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. WAITED 3 hours to get help for some poison ivy

Terrible experience! My dad came in for a head wound gushing blood all over and they turned him away. Not to sound dramatic but it could have killed him from bleeding out. When you become go into the field you take an oath not to turn paitents away and that’s what they did. And on top of all that they wouldn’t even let him wait inside for me and my mom to come pick him up. Now there was one nurse that did help my dad but he didn’t catch her name but to that lady thank you but to the rest of the staff who turned him away you should all lose your licenses. You turned a patient in need of help away. If you want to see actual medical professionals go to any other mrs express but not this one

They promptly treated me for a leg wound. The staff was attentive and Dr Small did a very good job stitching up a difficult shaped injury. I was thankful this facility was able to treat me locally.

I’m so thankful I came in today. The hives were making life miserable. My experience was wonderful. I got checked in quickly, saw the nurse and Dr. quickly and they resolved the issue with a steroid shot and a script. Everyone was friendly and got right to the problem with a solution. I can’t tell you how much better I felt in a short time. Bravo team Hemlock! You rock! Thank you again. Judy J.

This place is awesome they were all friendly staff and super nice I was an emotional wreck and they were still so amazing I fractured my vertabre and they were so helpful and gave great advice. Thanks to Roy small, was great positive.

I’ve never had an issue with this provider. I go to them if I have a health issue and I get my X-rays and labs done there.Staff is always friendly and professional. They truly want to help you.
