Kindly make sure you have your facts correct before you errantly blame and call my staff, “Rude and Lazy.” First, my employees work extremely hard in the heat and do their very best for our customers, including you. I am very thankful for all they do as it is a very physical and difficult job. For you to call them, “Rude and Lazy” is simply a fallacy.

Furthermore, I have your slip and you are incorrect as you did not give your number to my staff. (I would post the slip here, however, I want to respect your privacy and dignity.) As a result, the girls unfortunately had no way to to contact you. Lastly, our press has not been broken so that is not factual either.

I see you have not picked up your flag as it has been done for some time. Due to the condition it was in when it arrived, please be advised it needed to be processed several times so it did need extra attention and care. You are welcome to contact me directly or call the cleaners and leave your number. I will graciously have our driver contact you and make arrangements with you regarding payment and delivery.
