May 2024 by John Doe
On Friday, May 3, 2024, at around 8:30 AM, I pulled into the BP gas station located at 12551 Woodward in Highland Park,MI. I pulled up to pump three, closest to the door, to get gas for what is said to be four dollars(4.009). Once I completed my fill-up, I noticed the gallons of gas received did not match the price I paid.
I entered the store and asked what the price was for premium gas. I was told that the price was $4.80, a $0.80 difference from what was reflecting on the pump #3. I brought it to the attention of the ‘so-called owner’, who obviously was not the owner. He stated there was nothing he could do to give me back my $6.70 difference due to the improper price displayed on the pump. I asked for his name, but he refused.
I filed a complaint with the AG Department and went along with my day.
