About CITGO
CITGO has improved its interior, making it look much better, though the pumps still need some attention. Sometimes the pumps are slow, don't work properly, or lack gas, which has caused frustration for customers. The staff, mostly young employees, can sometimes be unhelpful or speak inappropriately. The station offers decent prices, but the card reader often doesn't work, making it difficult to pay and risking damage to cards. Overall, while the inside has been upgraded, issues with the pumps, gas availability, and payment machines remain, affecting the customer experience.
