“I needed a Cowgirl hat and the store representative was very helpful due to her experience and the many sales of the Cowgirl hats. However, I dropped or left my credit card after my purchase and called from1pm to closing and the phone was not accepting calls. That was my very first time in the store, the representative was patient, accommodating, and friendly. I regret that contacting the store for additional concerns was a failure. Needless to say, since I stay quite a ways from the store and an unnecessary trip to the store was not wise, so I canceled the card. I love my hat and the price was fair.”
