I came here today to Chase Bank. I came here to open an account, I came here yesterday and they said they couldn’t because it takes 45 minutes to an hour. I came here today and they said that I had to call for an appointment. I drove down to Flagstar and I got my account and didn't need to call for an appointment.

I read reviews of this branch, and will admit I was hesitant to visit. I have always banked locally, however, my father recently passed and he had accounts with JP Morgan/Chase.I stopped by to open an estate account to settle his accounts and transfer existing funds to the newly created account. I was welcomed with the same personable experience, understanding, and courtesy that my local bank would offer.Jimmy and Ghenam were kind, friendly, set reasonable expectations of the process I was about to experience, and followed up in a timely and properly according manner.I am grateful for their support during this time, and would recommend this branch to anyone considering banking in the area, regardless of past reviews.Thank you again,Cassandra

I've been doing business with this branch for over 10 years and my business and I have had nothing but top notch service from everyone. Everyone is super-helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous. Best branch in all of the Chase locations I have dealt with. Jackie, Lori, Ghanem, John, Jimmy- all first class!

I have been a Chase Bank customer for over 10 years and have never had any issues. Most of my banking I can do online so I don't visit branches very often. When I do, I visit this location and all of my business has been handled well. I was in on 9/23/23 with a check from a closing made out to two people, so a bit unusual. Jackie was pleasant and professional and everything went as expected.

I walked in with a chase cashier check from selling my trailer. The manager lead me and the banker I was working with to believe the check would without a doubt clear next day and I could leave with $500 I made it very clear this had to be factual because I'm moving and needed that money to survive with my 3 kids. Well guess who didn't get the 500 and has a week hold on their check with nowhere to go. And this manager didn't care and then said "we'll it wasn't guaranteed' when I infact asked if he was sure this could happen. He completely screwed me over. I would have taken my business elsewhere. He gave me no reason as to why this happened and no help to resolve the situation. He was rude and now me and me kids are screwed. How can vhase not cash a chase cashier check on the spot?!? Or at least over night like this jerk said!?One of the bankers were super nice though and held my baby while I opened an accoun before this mess happened which was supee helpful, she then tried to help me after her boss was a jerk to me so thank you to her!I'll be calling tomorrow now trying to figure this out in hopes I can get some of MY money. And as soon as my.check clears I'll be taking it all out ans closing my account because of how this manager did such dirty business

JACKIE has now been reported to manager! After 3 visits to this bank in 1 week as a handicapped individual and having Jackie give me 3 different answers in regards to trying to cash a social security check for my minor son. She was the RUDEST, woman I've ever come in contact with. She closed her eyes while speaking (lying) to me, refused to get on her computer to properly look up Chase procedures to handle this situation appropriately. I ask her if she was competent to do her job and she got up and walked away from me in the middle of me trying to understand why she refused to help me after 3 arrempts at her branch. I'm from California and her demeanor towards me was so unprofessional. After my 3rd attempt to cash the same check with still no clear answers from Jackie yet, I chose to leave and go to another Chase location ( Hospital and M59 ) where a young man named Chase did everything expected, and was able to offer me all the help I needed. He offered me options in regards to my minors check and options for an account. I was so delighted in his performance I couldn't help but share with him the horrible experience I had just had with Jackie in Highland. He had to apologize for her behavior which said a lot for chase in general. I'll continue to bank with chase but JACKIE needs training in customer service or maybe a new job! I've never had a grown, older woman address me and while speaking to me close their eyes! Either you're lying to me, don't want to help me, or you're not in the right line of work. My parents have used chase* since 1973 and to walk in and be treated like that by JACKIE isn't gonna fly!! BTW JACKIE ~ I told you I'd leave a review on Google!! And Chase at the other branch is half your age and more competent to do your job than you are! My parents would rather drive to Waterford to do their banking than to risk dealing with you ever again! Word is out you're a VERY RUDE WOMAN who Shouldn't be working at a counter dealing with people!! EVER!!!

Went to the ATM this morning. I chose to withdraw $200. The screen says " This ATM has $100 bills and $20 bills."When the cash dispensed, there was a $5 bill in my mix. I received $185 from the ATM. A 5$ bill had been dispensed and counted as a $20. Bank wasnt open to go in. Now I dont want to have to spend the gas money and my time for 15$. Gas is so expensive and time valuable. I wanted to dispute it on the app but since it was a withdraw - not merchant purchase - That is not an option. How does this happen and have others experienced this????? I did call customer service and after waiting on hold 10 minutes, they transferred me to claims. Took another 15 minutes, the man I spoke with was very nice but due to his speaking a foreign language, we had a difficult time understanding one another. We will see how all this pans out but regardless, I have been a Chase member over 30 years with absolutely no disputes, to get back my 15$ should not take 30 minutes of grief on the phone.Dont they have cameras on the ATM? The 5$ bill was on top of the stack when dispensed.*****Added 08/05/2023 *******Tried to find out lobby hours for Saturday. No accurate information on website for lobby hours, ( though there are listed hours, not always accurate- have went during those times to see a "sorry closed" note on the door ) generic telephone recording when you call the listed # with no information, tried calling customer service. Answering machine says " No 1 is available to take your call, good bye."Fees.... Fees... Taking business to Gynisys! No fees and great customer service. Have used both banks while deciding to drop Chase.

Came in last Friday to open an account with my wife. We were told we would have to make an appointment for the next available time on Monday morning. Showed up Monday morning after taking hours off work and was told that the man we had an appointment with was in a meeting. 35 minutes went by without any assistance. My wife and I just left as we were not able to wait any longer.

If we could give less than 1 star we would. We get change orders for a business at this location. Normally we call our order in for the convenience of the bank and ourselves however this time after several call attempts the phone was busy. When we arrived at the bank to gather our change order in person, we were greeted with a very aggressive and condescending tone. We were treated as an inconvenience rather than a loyal customer. This is extremely disheartening due to the fact that we were simply asking for a service that is provided, nothing out of the ordinary, nothing that made them have to go above and beyond although we know now that if we were asking for something out of the ordinary, we could expect to be treated like complete trash. Thank you for ruining what could have been an easy experience with your own laziness and poor attitude.
