The staff here is incredible. My senior dog passed away, and they were so caring of me and my family. They sent us a card in the mail and when I went back with my other dogs, I felt nothing but love from everyone. They care so much about the pets that walk through that door. I highly recommend this place as they have the most caring, knowledgeable doctors around.

I originally came to Highland Vet for an emergency when my normal vet couldn't get me in. I decided to switch to them they were absolutely wonderful to my girls, got us in for emergencies, answered any questions I had, and all the techs and office ladies are so personable and kind! I couldn't ask for better people to take care of my girls, you can really tell they love animals and their jobs!

I can be high maintenance when it comes to my pets ? and they deal with me well. My dog has Addison’s disease (which I’ve learned the hard way that a lot of vets don’t know much about) and the doc here made me feel comfortable in leaving the “specialist” he was seeing in Ann Arbor and establishing a much closer to home line of care. They got my kitty in pretty quick when she wasn’t feeling well and the front desk is always very helpful/accommodating.

Completely unprofessional, schedule appointments then have you wait 45 minutes after your appointment time, with your dog stressed due to being at the vet's office. I don't wait that long for my own doctor's appointment.

My Mom used to bring our pets here when I was little and we lived in Highland. I continue to carry on that tradition decades later even though I live 30 minutes away. The staff and doctors are fantastic, always loving with your fur babies, and great at calming your anxieties.
