Extremely slow, waited 20 mins to take care of one person....only one person working and about 3 others not doing anything to help the line go down.

Worst bank ever. Holds my paycheck sometimes 10 days with no explanation as to why. Happens repeatedly. Tellers just say “sorry it’s the system. We have no idea why and have no ability to fix it.”
