The store is fine. The pharmacy is the worst I have ever dealt with. They will tell you you don’t have authorization when you do. They will repeatedly tell you that your prescription is available for pickup, yet when you arrive it is not available. They didn’t even have any stock in the store.There is no accountability and no change to their poor service. Highland continues to apologize for their lack of service, but won’t implement a change. I will be driving to the Walgreens in Milford, MI for Highland has lost another customer.

The drive through takes 20+ minutes per car. I had an appointment for a PCR test two weeks ago. She refused to see my ID or insurance card- just told me to write my name and number on a post it. Walked away while I took it. Never received results and they put me on hold until disconnecting several times when I tried to follow up.

You wait on the phone for 15 min at a time, then they auto disconnect you. So frustrating so you go up there. The drive thru you do not even get acknowledged half the time. So go in the store and they barely look at you, no smiles just people with short tempers. Worst pharmacy by far for customer service. I hate this every month. Need to find me a new one..

I appreciate this pharmacy one for always being there for me when needed & 2 for being so personal and professional, they actually know me when I call & are always going above & beyond the service expectations. Outstanding pharmacy and I will always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great pharmacy

Store managers leave their cashiers abandoned at the front constantly. They leave them to deal with the impatient, angry customers in the store who always seem to blame the nice cashier instead of the person who should be blamed. I’m constantly in lines of 3 to (today 7). Constantly calling the manager or someone for help and they never come.

Terrible! Pass it by! After waiting an hour, they close for lunch telling us to come back or go to the other Walgreens. Came back later and waited another hour for service. Bad organization. Switching pharmacies. To top it off the girl asked WHAT I was being treated for! How dare her? She then questioned my Doctors sntibiotic Rx. Never going back to this place!

This might be the worst pharmacy is Highland. Since pharmacist Lynn left they have doubled the staff, but at the same time gotten very slow and very rude. Expect a 30 minute wait time to pick up an already filled script. Expect the pharmacist to give you bad advice. And, Expect the staff to be rude and take no accountability for their lack of urgency and lack of knowledge of how the computer system works. There are so many other pharmacies out there, don't waste your time with this one. I have been using this pharmacy for over a decade and it's been very inefficient since Lynn left. I tried to give them time to get it together, but its just getting progressively worse and now the constant attitude its just too much. I'm taking my business to a more professional pharmacy that cares about its customers and customer service.

Would give 0 if I could. Have a VERY important flight and need a covid test. Have had an appointment scheduled for OVER A WEEK and turned us away because "they were and hour behind" and somehow didn't have time to give a call. Offered to come back an hour later and was told they were just closed for the day. Extremely unprofessional. Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

The worst pharmacy EVeR! They take forever to do anything, they don't answer calls, and they are all RuDe!! Go to RITE AID--they are NiCE, Sooo helpful and they answer the phone within mins, willing to answer all your questions and they don't treat you like you're an inconvenience! This Walgreens sucks and always has since the door's opened!!
