UPDATE: After posting, I read other reviews and felt a need to expand upon my experience. 1) INITIAL SETUP. At the time (3 yrs ago) of the switchover from a previous propane provider, the snow was too deep for access to the tank site, so Nate, out of necessity, setup in a temporary location in which he laboriously hand dug frozen ground, block leveled and hooked up a satellite-monitored tank until such time the switch out to the permanent location. That location required equipment to navigate a steep incline to remove and haul the former provider’s tank out to the road for pickup before Nate could set and fill the larger Crystal Flash tank. Crystal Flash could have simply told me “sorry, no” it wasn’t worthwhile for them. They did it anyway. 2) ICE STORM OF THE CENTURY APRIL, 2025 . After Mennonites from Ohio cleared fallen tree debris from roads and created access during our 17-days power outage; as coordinated with Crystal Flash, on a day we were absent for medical reasons, the propane truck driver made delivery. Over 25 years dealing with various propane providers, only Crystal Flash went over and beyond service to the extent they did for us, living on a rural road in the north wooded community of Montmorency County. Crystal Flash OUTSHINES ALL propane providers we have experienced as customers in the northern Lower Peninsula of Michigan.”
