Customer service was very good body work was ok but not perfect could see the dent in the body line yet , paint match was right on . In there defense it was a dark color paint. Still very happy with the work .

Best service ever- I have used them for decades and never disappointed. The prices are reasonable and the quality of work is impeccable. Hope I don’t need them for a while; but glad to know they will be there when I need them.

My wife was in an accident in late June of this year. To be frank, dealing with our auto insurance company became a nightmare. Thankfully, we made the right decision and chose to bring her Suburban to ABRA in Holland. The insurance company wanted us to bring it to their third part inspection lot and tried to pressure us to use one of their preferred body shops. We had a bad feeling about that from the start and are glad we listened to our gut and asked our mechanic for a recommendation. He sent us ABRA's way and we are so glad he did. The entire time ABRA had our vehicle, they let us know they were on our side, not the insurance company's side. They fought for what was right for us and our situation. We honestly can't say enough good things about Nate, Curt, and the entire team at Abra in Holland. They had great communication and provided lots of updates on the repairs. Once they got the go ahead to repair it, they did so in a timely manner and it honestly came out better than when we bought the truck four years ago. You want experts who are fighting for YOU when it comes to your vehicle after an accident. Trust me, the team at ABRA are those experts!

Wonderful customer service and amazing communication from client to team. Was told the car would be in the shop for about a week and a half but it only took a week. Will 100% be returning if i ever need more work done on my car

I just had the rear bumper cover on my 2015 mustang GT repaired at Abra auto body Holland. They did a great job. The color match was spot on .I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone else.

Was an awesome experience, Nate and Curt always kept in touch to let me know the current status of my car, taking care of being in contact with the shop tires, they were fast and very professional, friendly and respectful, I would 100% recommend them.

I really did not want to leave this review because I truly believe if you have nothing nice to say dont say it at all, but since I receive a text message 3 times a day; I will appease. My car was picked up by a tow truck. 9 days later I had to contact the shop myself to find out what was happening with my vehicle. In fact, every time I communicated with them I had to contact them. Their paint shop was down for about a week adding extra time to my repair. They repaired damage not from the current claim so I had to wait for them to argue with the insurance company to see who was at fault. Abra blamed me (low key) and I had to prove I did not give verbal authorization. Kurt was the only good thing about Abra. I will never return to this shop or recommend them to anyone. 7/8 weeks it took them complete my repairs. Minus another star for the over abundance of text and emails asking to review your horrible service.
