These people said they accept my insurance through verified call to aspen. My crown fell off that's why I went in. They were rude as soon as they "didnt" accept my insurance. Awful place. Then continued to insult my dental work of past. Don't go here.

professional scam artists. i paid $504 to get cavities filled and now a year later they're trying to bill me $633.76 for the same exact service that i already paid for. customer support line is terrible you have to wait forever and they did a terrible job refilling the cavities. they were rushing to get it done and the quality is terrible. DO NOT GO HERE!! FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST AVOID ALL ASPEN DENTAL LOCATIONS

I had a great experience at first, but now things are out of control. I went in twice for tooth ache. Sent home with suggestions to take decongestants. I suffered a few weeks more, go back, can’t figure out what’s wrong. I’m sent to another dental office for further evaluation. $1300.00 then another appointment. $1400.00 now I have a sore mouth, temporary filling fell out. I call office I’m told another $1200.00 to finish work. ONE TOOTH……$3900.00 really. A total scam.

It's OK. Yes, they help with walk ins, etc. For routine care, it's very expensive. The xray machine was down yesterday and I'm pretty positive they still charged me for an xray. I wasn't given an itemized bill, just the cc slip. Been here a few times now and everytime the price is different. The lady working the front desk treats you like you are stupid if you ask any questions. And says, "can you afford to pay $231 today?" Before your appointment. But, then the bill was $263, so not sure why she is asking if I can afford $231. Just seems off.

I am very hard to empress but Aspen Dental did it with no sweat. What they do for you for free on your first visit to evaluate your problem is more than generous. They seem very knowable due to years of learning and experience. They know how to make their money. Their ability to answer questions is out standing. I felt very satisfied with the accuracy of their answers. They treat you with such kindness you feel like a valued customer. The place is clean as a whistle. Hats off to the cleaners. I will use them for all my dental needs without a doubt.

First time there so they had to do the first visit setup. Everything was going great until I had to have my teeth measured. I didn’t fully know what was about to happen, but she (I’m not going to mention her name) started poking at my gums and it had hurt so I had moved a little bit. She said that I needed to stay still and continued with the measurements. I felt another jab and accidentally flinched. She got very stern and reminded me again that l could not move. I had apologized because that wasn’t my intention, but it was my bodies natural reaction to jerk away. As I was trying to explain myself I was met with rude remarks, as if I was purposefully trying to be difficult. I started to get emotional because as a patient I felt like my concerns didn’t matter or were inconvenient. We took a short break so I could collect myself and she asked what was going on. I let her know again that being there made me very anxious. I don’t feel like she was purposefully trying to hurt me, but her bedside manner was very poor and I hope she doesn’t treat everyone like this.Afterwards she tried to talk to me about why she was stern, but I already understood and told her that multiple times while she was upset. It was that when I tried voicing my own concerns, she didn’t care to listen and kept arguing with me. I understand that it’s not going to feel great, but if someone tells you that you’re hurting them, please find a better approach or give acknowledgment about their concerns. I currently have another appointment with someone else in the building, but I’m really debating on even going back at this point. The ONLY reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1, is because of the dental assistant that did my X-rays and set me up. She communicated everything that was going on and it seemed like she actually cared.

The dentist that took care of me today was friendly, courteous, told me everything that he was doing and that makes a professional dentist appointment as pleasant as it can be. Just those fine qualities that he possesses reduces the anxiety of going the next time. If I do, I’ll ask his schedule before making my appointment! Thank you.

Came in and asked them to look at my dentures that were broken in half. They said that these were my temporary dentures and that I should have permanent ones.. I said I had them but they didn’t fit right or look good in my mouth. They made them fit right and look good. At no cost today. Thankfully allen
