Miguel was very helpful and quick to give me an estimate of how much will cost to get my van fix after being involved in a hit and run accident. He got hold of my insurance and order the parts that I would need to get my van running again.

NIGHTMARE! Poor workmanship and don't stand behind it. STAY AWAY!
They repaired a car I owned within my company. Or tried to. It had to back numerous times because the interior was not re-installed correctly. The seatbelts were routed wrong as well. Flash forward a few months and I transferred the car to my personal ownership from my company. The sunroof that they reinstalled then showed major leaks. They would not stand behind it. They broke plastic parts and tried to glue them back together on the interior as well and those failed. NEVER go to this shop, they are all about profit and don't do good work.

This place is amazing! Friendly, personable customer service. Efficient scheduling. Outstanding updates while the work is being done. Our car was done earlier than we expected and it was done perfectly. Highly recommend.

I recently had my front bumper repainted and fender repaired by Autobody Xperts, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of the work was outstanding, with the paint job looking seamless and the fender perfectly restored. Might be getting a kickback from Enterprise for rentals. Kept my car for an unnecessary week, forcing me to pay more to the rental company, and consistently passed the blame and refused to fix their mistakes. No integrity or care for their customers.
In response to the business response: my insurance appraiser visited the shop the day after they contacted him stating they needed him to approve more parts, but the shop was not prepared to show him the car. He returned a week later when they were finally ready. When I contacted the shop the day he was there they lied and said they hadn't heard back from him since their first request a week prior. This is what I mean when I state they pass the blame and lack integrity.

Terrible, terrible experience. It started out fine, and my car was in the shop for 3 weeks getting the driver door repairs and they returned it to me and the door was not aligned! It followed with 6 more visits trying to get them to align the door, fix a bad bondo filler job that already had cracking, and fixing tape and seals that were done incorrectly. The whole process took 3 months and it was the worst 3 months ever. Noah and Elijah are extremely unprofessional and would not actually fix my car and it wasn't until I had to speak to the owner that something actually happened to get my car fixed somewhat properly. There is also a wind noise from their repair that the shop is refusing to admit is their fault, and that part is still an issue.
