I needed a headlight the first place I chose is AutoZone. I like that you can borrow tools from them if you are in a jam and need something like a quick headlight change.

Was in AutoZone a couple days ago and walked right back out. Seems they had big bosses come in to address something to the workers. The big guys were only there to bully those employees and might I add the employees have been nothing but helpful to friends and families I know and I was recommended to this store because of it's great performance but after seeing how the big guys treat the clearly underpaid and overworked employees I will not spend my money there. I refuse to provide the paychecks for the boss bullies that came in and I think the gentleman trying to record the conversation was intelligent and knows he can't be talked to in a manner that portrayed abuse of power and childish bullying. AutoZone heads, do better! You have lost my $6,759 worth of business because of how u talk to your employees. Shame on you and I hope this blows up big in reviews so nobody else gets trapped in your abusive web of lies and mistreatment . My heart goes out to the employees who were so poorly treated. And just so u know u can make more money flipping burgers or working anywhere else. Huey andi didn't catch the other guys name were the names of the bosses so if u see them in an AutoZone just leave it so u don't have to be a part of the abuse to the employees

John was awesome. I had gone to another auto zone 5 times & he figured out what I needed immediately with no hassle. I will only go to this location in the future because of my great experience with John R. here today!

I personally do not like auto zone but was helping someone else, was told by another autozone this one had the tool got there and they did not have it. very frustrating

Can’t say enough good things about José at this location. I bought a headlight and was having trouble getting the old one out and José stayed in the freezing cold to help me and would not give up until it was done. Excellent customer service!

I’m so sorry that I don’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me!I stopped in because my check engine light came ono the day before I was set to drive to South Carolina for vacation. They hooked it up to the machine and were able to give me a good idea of what the issue was.Even though they were not able to fix the problem, they referred me to a local shop that was able to get me in right away and fix the problem within 24 hours.Thank you all so much!
