Chelsea and Kam were absolutely incredible! Chelsea is definitely your go to for all things fragrance. I was in search of a very specific type of fragrance and Chelsea all but held my hand through the entire process. She was power walking back and forth to bring us testers to smell and try on, she was so fabulous and incredibly kind. We appreciated her so so much!
I deducted a star for their employee Victoria who has the worst attitude and definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service. For context, I was making an exchange on a gift and she accidentally refunded to the original payment method instead of a merch card so I could exchange accordingly. Not only did she absolutely refuse to take any accountability for her error she then took it out on everyone in the vicinity. The way she spoke to her higher up Kam, whom was only trying to help rectify the situation, was just completely disrespectful. And if that wasn’t enough after exclaiming how “sick of these registers” she was she then took it out on the “NEXT” customer. That poor older lady tried cracking a joke about how serious Victoria was and Victoria showed her how unfunny she thought it was.
She could use an attitude adjustment or I’d suggest trying employment at Gentex perhaps?
Again, huge huge thank you to Kam for making Victoria’s error right and more than making up for her attitude with so much kindness.

I had such an awesome experience with Liz! Not only is she super cool, but she really knows her stuff. She took the time to educate me about my hair type and what would work best with my color goals. I originally wanted 2 platinum blonde highlights on the side of my head, but she was upfront and honest, explaining that since I regularly use heat tools, the color wouldn’t last long. I really appreciated her honesty and expertise because I’ve had stylists in the past who didn’t explain this, and I was left unsatisfied when my color faded. With her advice, I know I’m getting a look that will last and keep my hair healthy. Highly recommend her!

Ultra beauty salon is not great. I left with highlight paste in my hair, they did not wash it out fully. Also my hair is botched, no blending in my haircut at all.

Sydney is absolutely amazing! I’ve been seeing her for my brows for about a year and a half now, and I finally have brows again. I used to get my brows done through a hair stylist and years of that led to no shaped, thin eyebrows. Now, I actually have shape and they are growing well! I cannot recommend her enough. Not only is she great at her skill, she is VERY knowledgeable on skin care as well. She’s also super nice and fun to be around! 10/10

I came in on my birthday June 5th for lashes and Anastasia was so sweet and put my lashes on for me, quickly in short notice! She deserves a raise as she provided Elite customer service and awesome conversation! She was the nicest and most helpful Ulta employee I’ve ever met. She made my day and could not have done a better job at perfecting my lashes! This location is huge, neat and clean! I will be returning.

We received excellent customer service at the beauty bar. Eyebrow Care by Sydney & Ear Piercing by Anastasia. They both took the time make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend both.
The store was clean and organized, checkout was fast and efficient. The selection of products was fantastic and the prices were fair. Many people on staff.

I had a 5p hair appointment for a root touch up. Was called 20 minutes before my appointment stating previous appointment is running late and could I come in at 6p. I had no problem, so I went in at 6p and still previous appointment was not done. I left at 615p because she was still with previous appointment. No conversation or a polite update so I didn't feel like waiting anymore and then my hair color gets rushed. Very frustrating as I love shopping at Ulta. I realize things happen but my time is also valuable.
