II dropped my 2016 Toyota Tacoma off on November 21, the expected completion date was December 12. It was delayed for a part to December 16. I went there that Friday, they were having their Christmas party and it wasn't finished at 2:30. I paid my deductible, and asked if they could leave the keys inside and I would pick it up on Saturday. Picked it up and the work looked good. I got in and drove it and the steering was facing to the 10 o'clock position. I then pulled off to the right and the car felt like it dove to the left. I got out and looked at the shock and it was clearly not replaced, and there was still deer hair. I literally left the parking lot and came back, dropped it off and put my keys back in the thing and needed an alignment in a shock as far as I was concerned. They didn’t fix the shock. So I called my insurance company and talked to them. I got confirmation that they’re going to fix it from the insurance company based upon the pictures that I sent to them. Long story short it is now January 2, 2026 and I still have not received my vehicle.

I had insurance send me here and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Melanie is so sweet and she helped me out with everything that needed to be set up. She also called on my behalf with other services that was created through insurance. Caliber Collision communicated with me throughout the week by call and text to update me on my car. They were able to get my front bumper fixed and painted within less than two weeks. When I came to pick up my car, I didn't expect them to do interior cleaning as well, but they did and I am forever thankful. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Mel at front desk deserves a raise. She is the only reason I have anything good to say about Caliper! With this being said the damaged was fixed yes but every other aspect was handled poorly so poorly! The deer I had hit ejected snot and food from its head when hit her, all of the mentioned excrement was still on my fender! They didn’t even bother cleaning the rest of car when finished! Most companies will buff your car out to match the work they did! The date they estimated ran over by 5 business days. I believe I deserve my deposit back in full but I know I’ll never see it please please skip this company completely at least the one on Chicago drive!
