Updated and new review as of 3/23: once again, the customer service from Mitch and his team is amazing. I service both my cars here and I do not see going anywhere else. I highly recommend everyone to give this place a try.This is my first time here at Costa Oil. Trying out this perk from working at my company. Very impress with the customer service. Ramsey and Bobby were my service technicians. They walk me through what they would recommend and I appreciate their input. This will be my go to place now.Side note: I return the same day so I can take care of my other vehicle also!Service: Oil change

Great experience! They offered refreshments. All the guys were super nice. It was less expensive than I expected. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. And, the best part was that they brought out a giant bag of rubber ducks and let me pick one for my Jeep!

The last time when I was there. I don't think they change my oil filter. I was surprised when I have the lights on and says. Change oil engines Soon And I know that was from the Oil filter that they never replaced. It happens to my mother-in-law. That's why I find out She have the same problem. In a different place. I give you one star because i'm a nice person

These guys were quick, quoted me the right price, and were extremely thorough with the oil options for my car. The owner even offered me coffee, water, or soda while I sat in my car waiting. Amazing!

Absolutely Wonderful! Took my Wife's Jeep here to Costa for the first time, and they were an amazing group of professionals, excellent service, going well beyond what I've come to expect while getting an oil change! I will be coming back for future oil changes!

It was a GREAT experience but I don’t know if I’ll be allowed back lol. I got yelled at by my fiancé for it being so expensive. All of the guys here are awesome though! Offered beverages & suckers. They were very quick and efficient! 10/10 experience for sure.

Mitch and his crew are a tight, well oiled crew? in all seriousness, I’ve been in customer service for years and with my first time coming in here, the gents were outstanding. As a person that always takes his cars to the dealership from where my cars come from, I definitely changing that!
