Great gym to drop into!! 25 bucks for 3 consecutive days and a t-shirt is the best value I've seen anywhere. The coach gave me some very helpful tips on power cleaning form, the programming was fun and the people were friendly! Equipment and space were great too! Definitely will be coming back when I'm in the area.

I always look forward to dropping in here whenever I'm in town visiting family. I'm consistently met with great programming, a super clean and well equipped facility, and owner & coaches that are helpful and encouraging.
