They decided to close their store early due to staff shortages. Maybe change your hours on Google and on the outside of your door if you're closing early

Have tried to reach the pharmacy twice today for a question the app and automated voice service wouldn’t be able to answer… have waited more than 10 min both tries.

Your standard CVS, not sure why the low reviews. We were in town and CVS had sent me a $4 off coupon ($4 off $4+ purchase), but expiring the next day, when I was going on a work trip, so we stopped by here. Ended up purchasing some Reese's and Cadbury Easter eggs - I think it was basically buy 5, get 5 free, which was a good deal - and we also browsed the 50% off Valentine's Day section. The checkout lady was friendly, as well, and checking out was fast. They also have a bathroom at this location, FYI, which was good since I needed to use it.

I get my Parent's medication here, but sometimes the employees are not professional enough. Like today I went there and I gave the information that was needed and had asked how much it cost, she stated the price and I didn't catch exactly how much it was, than she asked for a license and than I asked again how much it was going to be and she told me she couldn't tell me how much it was until a license was shown to her. I then snapped back to her and told her that ' you just gave me the price a few seconds ago and now you can't. I also say that, I was going to provide ID and she grabbed the money from me but wanted ID first, than I said, give me the money back and why would you take it if you can't tell me the price of the medication. Then she closed the window and had another woman come back to the window and speak to me. I told the women that the first lady was unprofessional and that I deserved an apology. The second lady stated , "I'm not going to make her apologize. At this point, I stated that the customer was always right, and then I got 3 other ladies from inside. CVS said to me that the customers are not always right.I even apologize for my attitude for being ugly. I did tell them i was doing a bad review against this store. They had a whatever attitude. At this point, the transaction was made, and they slammed the window door closed.Usually, the employees are very professional, but not today they weren't. I am sorry, but they need to take account for how they treat the customers.

Ever since they stopped having the pharmacy open 24 hours, the pharmacy has go e downhill!!! I hate having to deal with them at all as they never can give a straight answer or give correct information.

Been having trouble with insurance and medications. So I called the pharmacy and asked them for advice on how to get an authorization. The person on the phone was really short and acted like I was a bother. I made a comment that with that attitude I maybe should change pharmacies to one that will help. She replied "Ok bye" and hung up. 1 hour later I transferred my scripts and I am done with CVS

Standing in "Consultation" area in Pharmacy waiting for someone to assist. There was literally no other customer around the pharmacy area at the time and multiple employees behind the counter. Someone in Pharmacy finally comes up and asks if I had a question. Definitely the "customer is bothering them" vibe. Obviously, that is why a person is standing there...for a question. I ask them for the item which would clearly fall in their area, and the person in the pharmacy says I have to go to someone in the front of the store for help. Pharmacy employee doesn't walk around to help or try to look, doesn't walk me to them...just sends me walking clearly with no care whatsoever. Again, this is a pharmacy item and again, there are no other customers in pharmacy at the time besides me. Literally more people in Pharmacy working than customers (which is me). So I go to the front and the person says "that's odd" when I told them pharmacy sent me. Of course, they immediately walk me back to pharmacy to where the item is on a shelf....literally in pharmacy. 1 star to pharmacy, horrible customer service. 3 stars to front area for taking care of customer and doing the job. No one apologized for the experience. Giving 2 stars as the average. Will never go to this store for a pharmaceutical matter. They clearly do not care about the customer, and I wouldn't want such a mindset addressing pharmaceutical issues for my family. Might go to this store for a matter that is not pharmaceutical.
