I am writing to express my concern regarding the significant discrepancies in prescription pricing I’ve experienced with CVS.
Recently, I was charged the same amount for a 10-pill prescription at CVS as I was for a 100-pill prescription at another pharmacy. Additionally, I was quoted nearly $400 for a prescription that I was later able to fill elsewhere for just $18.
These drastic price differences are troubling and, in my opinion, reflect unethical business practices. I urge CVS leadership to re-evaluate how prescription pricing is determined. Your customers deserve transparency and fairness when it comes to their healthcare needs.

I stopped in to CVS in Target Holland MI this afternoon about 4:30 pm and asked if I could get a flu shot. The pharmacy was not busy - no one was waiting for prescriptions - and the Pharmacist said “no it’s too late because we close at 5:00”. I don’t understand this if they’re still open another 30 minutes and you’re not busy then why can’t you administer a flu shot? Doesn’t seem very convenient. Very disappointed.

My names Carrie Norwood and I was very unpleased by the prescription I had picked up from cashier #0458896 register #02 at 7:05pm. She was nice, yes, but took a couple mins in the back. heard a small commotion as if a bottle was being tapped on a table and shook around. Then walked back to the front. When I got my prescription for my 7 month old, and after a 45 minute drive back home. The bottle was pre-opened and spilled in my bag. I’ve tried calling no answer, so I made a review. It’s not about the interaction, it’s about my baby’s medicine, I’m not comfortable with it. And surely don’t allow an already opened bottle.

You need a drive thru pharmacy. It is very difficult findinding parking and the pharmacy is towards the back of the store.

When a pharmacist writes/calls you to let you know they care working on medication for you because they don't have it or medication is difficult to get. When you give them a week notice and the medication is already there because they have been working on the situation. Just let's you know they can be dependable. It's very much appreciated.

I love this pharmacy. They helped me when Walgreens refused to fill a prescription for my baby boy. The pharmacist has also made suggestions or recommendations that had saved me money. The service & care at this Target is awesome.
