I would not recommend Delong and Brower. My CPA informed me I could deduct certain items for business practices through our business as long as I kept track of the expenses and had a detailed write up of the expense and why it was a valid business expense. I explained what I was doing with the items and my CPA agreed they were a valid deduction. My business partner at the time agreed they were as well. A few months later after a dispute with my business partner my CPA immediately took my partners side since he was a majority owner in the business and decided the deductions were no longer valid. Even though we had all had a conversation stating they were. This was then attempted to be used against me in a legal dispute. They would also not let me view the companies financials that affected MY personal taxes. This is extremely unethical and I should be suing Delong and Brower for misconduct. If you want to be protected do not use this company. It is unlawful and unethical to conduct minority oppression in the State of Michigan.
