For example, associates like an expert in the golf shop and team members such as Danielle, Jeremy, and Alexis have gone out of their way to assist customers, whether by repairing golf clubs, helping with large items like firepits, or retrieving products from other locations. Customers appreciate the team’s professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to create positive experiences. The store can feel overwhelming at first, but once customers explore, they often find what they need. Overall, the staff’s helpful attitude and teamwork help make shopping at this location a better experience than some others in the area.
