Very disappointed in my purchase experience from this dealership. Went to look at a Jeep close to the end of the evening, felt very pressured in signing on the Jeep THAT night by salesman and staff. My fiancé noticed the Jeep tires had barely any tread on them and told them we would not purchase the Jeep unless they replaced the tires. We went back and fourth with this for quite a while the staff was insisting the tires were fine and when we were finally ready to walk out on the deal they agreed to put new tires on. The next day I was showing coworkers the Jeep on Zeiglers site and it was listed for $1,000 less than what they were selling it for when we went to look at it. We called about this issue and it took hours for them to get back to us to say they would honor the price. We would have walked on the deal if it weren’t the exact Jeep I had been looking for, for months. A few days after I got the Jeep (before the new tires were put on) one of the original tires went flat from dry rot, my fiancé looked at the tires and they all of the tires had dry rot. My new tires must not have been put on properly because they are continuously losing air and I am needing to put air in them, which I will need to get looked at also now. A few days after having the Jeep and driving it on the highway (which it was shaking a lot$ we realized the Jeep also needed new breaks pads had 2-4 30 seconds left on the pads, calipers (due to corrosion on the pistons), rotors were glazed and warped. This all cost an additional $2,000. I feel when you buy a new vehicle from a dealership you should not need to fix additional things on it and you shouldn’t have to fight to get safe tires put on the vehicle. We wonder if the used vehicle inspection was even done correctly . This was not a good purchase experience at all and I will not be going to another Ziegler in the future for vehicle purchases.

Troy did a great job;. He was very professional. The deal was put together and ready when we got there. I have purchase many vehicle for our business and this may have been the easiest deal. No pressure to sell warranties or additional services.

Everything was good until i found someone hit the rear end of my truck and it happened in the dealership cause this was the only place i drove it to and i didn’t hit anything is going to cause $3000 to fix it .Thanks

Service advisor Miles provided me details of further service needed, but didn't seem to be able to do anything for me on the expensive repairs outlined in an SUV with only 21000 miles. SUV should not have leaking struts that cost $1800 to replace. Especially when vehicle is only run on paved roads, storage in the winter in a heated 68 degree garage. It was disappointing to say the least. Overall service from Miles was professional and timely. (Good Job)

I just had the same vehicle in for an altenator replacement. They tried to charge me double what the part cost and 200 an hour for labor. So they wanted $1727 for altenator replacement. I purchased tires from them and they wanted to charge me 20 dollars to rotate them and 80 dollars to balance them. When I said I had a coupon from competitor for cheaper price they hung up on me.

I lost my phone and located it back to the dealership. Came in asking if they had my phone they all said no over and over again. Came in a second time asking if they had found my phone, which they responded we found one but it’s not yours. Came in a third time asking for the phone and they said oh wait was it a red iPhone (yes). They said oh we had it but lost it sorry nothing we can do. Now they can’t even help me get a new phone smh. No responsibility, no sense on guilt losing someone else stuff

Extremely disappointed. The first part on my chevy Spark to break was a tiny bolt that is a very common size but is part of a bigger priced item. They did absolutely nothing To find the correct size bolt or do anything reasonable to save me from spending $200 on a part for a two dollar bolt. There is a sense of irritation and no not fully closing the conversation and a hin of condescension. Absolutely never going back there to【 do anything to keep my car in good working order. I would not recommend anyone else either.

If not for Ben Marietta they would receive 1 star. Getting someone, anyone to actually answer their phone, or respond to a voice mail seems to be impossible. The title office is the worst.As an out of state Internet buyer, I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Elhart GMC. Serious lack of customer service.
