CHECK AC BEFORE PURCHASING 2010 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER. Drove 3 hrs to purchase 2010 Toyota Highlander. AC did not work when I test drove vehicle. I let michael know I loved the vehicle but the AC wasn’t working. To which he responded “You can’t check AC when it’s below 40.” I’m not a mechanic and that seemed like a good response but I do know the AC should not have blown hot air, it should at the very least blow the outside temperature. After I said I wasn’t looking for a vehicle with no AC I was talked down to and treated poorly, after asking for my deposit back was told and I quote “This is what I tell my teenage kids, have reasonable expectations” Anywho I see the vehicle is still up for sale and they have not dropped their price or noted the AC is not functioning.

We bought a 2024 from them with 3k miles on it and it needs a new transmission and has had a few more issues that I’ve had to go and get fixed. Do not buy their buy backs they are faulty and we’re very disappointed with our big purchase. These people have no integrity and are just scamming people out of money, knowing that they’ll have to spend thousands as soon as they walk out the door.

Would not recommend buying a vehicle here. I got scammed for buying a vehicle that was in a accident but they said it had not been in one. They lie and will do anything to sell a car.
