Called to do a vacation hold on a package, they said that it would be no problem that they could hold on to it for up to 2 weeks, they ended up shipping it in 2 days without me knowing.

Asked them to express ship something very important for travel. Paid 100$ to ensure it would be on time. They kept pushing time back and now I cannot get what I need in time. Don't use this store. They're lazy and incompetent. I also expect someone to fully refund my parents their money because making someone pay for express ship without actually honoring your end of the bargain is fraud.

Honestly the worst customer service ive experienced in a long time. I walked in while there were 3 people working holding a giant box. To be fair, one employee was helping a customer, but the other two were just chatting. No one greeted me not told me where to go. I just stood there holding a giant box. I’ve been here twice in one week with different employees and they’ve all been rude except a man named Matt. Keep it up, Matt! He was the one helping a customer.
