Laid off all the summer college workers with a month left in the summer, wouldn't suggest any college kids looking for good summer work to apply here.

Honestly one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Upper management is nothing but a joke. No one knows what they are doing and the company is being ran into the ground. The employees on the floor are truly amazing and are under paid and no where near appreciated. No bonus given and the raises were no where close to what they deserve. The employees kill themselves all day for pay that is a slap in the face. The company pays temps better and gives them bonuses but doesn't require them to work any overtime. While full time staff works 55 hrs a week for less then what I call good enough pay.

I have worked at many companies over the years. Fleetwood is by far the best and they treat everyone equally and fair. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, these people probably left due to not wanting to do the work required.

If your a minority this is the worst company to work for Worked at this place for 5 years so I’ve seen it all!! Front office/ management have no idea what their doing. They over work and under pay the workers. I’ve been discriminated against everyday since day 1. I often heard the terms like “cracking the whip” and reported racism within the company. Instead of firing these people they promote them. Machines and equipment are very old and the dust we inhale everyday all day causes CANCER!!!!! 10 people work hard and break their backs while the other 80 people stand around and wait on a paycheck!

They advertise this as a great place to work for the summer, especially for young people. The reality is, if you are a young girl especially, you will be harassed, looked at, and talked to by many of the older men in the factory. They also expect their workers to do the jobs of more than one person, unless of course you are related to the people in the front office. They make it very clear that the people they know/are related to will get the easier, more desirable jobs. They have very poor management in the office and on the floor. They don't care about the wellbeing of their workers at all.

Great place for young men to learn a trade safely.
