I had called later at night and hoped for the store to at least be open, but he said he would drive from his home to meet with me to see what I was interested in. I was sold a great set of box springs and couldn’t be happier. The box spring is high quality and long lasting. The owner was very genuine and kind and made the experience MORE of an experience. His customer service is fantastic and he makes the process nearly painless.He scheduled a time that was convenient for me, had the bed I wanted in stock, and delivered it that morning.I have had the bed since November, and couldn’t be more pleased with the comfort. We got a king mattress from Fred and it was the best choice! His knowledge is excellent and he is a huge supporter of Michigan made mattresses. Since buying the one he recommended my back pain, leg numbness and sciatica is gone! I used to sound like a bowl of rice Krispies when I'd get out of bed in the morning but not anymore. My joints are silent. Fred is also a great family guy. He delivered my mattress with his kid who was such a cool sweet teen. This store is the perfect example of why you should shop local!!

Just stopped in on a Saturday afternoon getting out of the car noticed he was open by appt only, started to get back in the car and Fred came running out and told us to come on in. Very knowledgeable showed us the different mattresses. Picked one out, said we would like to think about it. Called him Monday and bought one. Delivered it Saturday afternoon.
