While reading this review keep in mind that this shop took my vehicle in while already booked, provided the best personal customer experience I could have asked for, and fixed my Jeep perfectly after a big buck took out my front end. The biggest part - this was a overhaul and redo from a collision shop that just got paid almost $10000 and a horrible job! When they blew me off to fix their mistakes, State Farm sent me here and it was truly a blessing! Thank you Gerber Collision for cleaning up Caliber Collision's incompetence.

Was being forced by my insurance company to talk with other auto body shops. I give these folks great credit. They told me right away. They were not comfortable doing my vehicle and suggested that I take it where someone was comfortable. Was it a very particular type of paint? And they're expert knew that it was going to be more than the insurance company wanted to pay

I brought in my 2010 Mercedes to have some minor scratch repair done. Gerber replaced both bumpers and went above and beyond to make sure the paint match was flawless. I am impressed by the craftsmanship of the work as I cannot tell a difference between the factory paint job and Gerber’s. Absolutely amazing work.Their communication was also fabulous. I got texts at every stage in the process.

Sadly, our family has been frequenting this place over the last several months. Lisa does ALL the paperwork for you, Austin is absolutely amazing, and I know their techs have been working their buns off trying to get all their work done. Our most recent claim, we decided to go to a different location that was closer to where we were. When the guy on the phone told us they don't get the rental car for you, we hung up and called this location instead. The rental car was brought to us and we were on our way. Despite the fact that our cars keep getting hit, we do love this location!!

I brought my van in for an estimate on 4-25-22 and have yet to receive an estimate total or schedule a date for repairs. I have called 3 times for an update since it has been almost two months and each time Lisa tells me, 'He will have to call you back'. I have no missed calls or messages regarding the status of my estimate. Even if my phone call is just an update of 'Still waiting to hear on back order items' is better than nothing.

Booked an appointment and met with an estimator. Said he would said send me an estimate. Two weeks later, I still do not have one. Not worth the time, unfortunately because otherwise they were friendly.

A true test of a business’ care and values are how they treat the customers that don’t spend money with them. This is one such business.Austin was not able to get my car in but he went above and beyond helping me find a place that would. I was visiting from out of town, and had just had a toddler break his leg. I was at a loss for where I could get my car fixed enough to drive home to St Louis. With his help I was able to get my car in that day and drive home the next day.

Austin seemed to be understanding and well at communicating expect for this was not the case. Service did not fix issues, but instead created more. They got adhesive on the inside of the car which had the part had to be replaced. Upon “repair”, the window seal and trim were not properly re-installed, had to bring car in again for those issues. The trim seal that they were supposed to fix was damaged further, up to the point where they have to order yet another part. Receptionist seemed to be bothered by trying to describe the issue that had been created by their own technician. Company has poor communication, throughout the company, and does not follow up well.
